These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you and BeCertainty B.V. By purchasing a product or subscribing to a service, you agree to these terms in their entirety.
BeCertainty B.V. is a private limited company registered in the Netherlands. We provide strategic clarity products and services as described on this website.

BeCertainty delivers strategic frameworks, structured deliverables, and intelligence resources to organizations and individuals. Our products are designed to support internal decision-making processes.
All deliverables are generated based on information you provide during the intake process. The quality and specificity of the output is directly related to the quality and specificity of the input you provide.
Our products are advisory in nature. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice of any regulated kind. BeCertainty is not a licensed advisory firm. Strategic decisions made on the basis of our deliverables remain the sole responsibility of your organization.
All prices are displayed in euros and exclude VAT where applicable. VAT will be added at checkout based on your location in accordance with applicable EU rules.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. BeCertainty does not store payment card details.
Subscription plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
One-time deliverables are provided digitally by email within the timeframe specified for each product, following completion of the intake form.
Monthly subscription content is delivered on the first of each calendar month.
Delivery timelines may be affected by incomplete or insufficient intake responses. We reserve the right to request additional information before generating a deliverable.
Upon delivery and payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your deliverable for internal organizational purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent our deliverables as independently created work.
The BeCertainty brand, website, and methodology remain the intellectual property of BeCertainty B.V.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeCertainty B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site or our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active customers of material changes by email.
