Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. This is your statutory right and it is unconditional.
The 14-day withdrawal period begins from the date of purchase for digital products and subscription services.
Important: For digital products that are delivered immediately upon purchase (including AI-generated deliverables), you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once the deliverable has been generated and delivered. This waiver is presented at checkout and must be actively confirmed. If you do not provide this consent, delivery will be deferred until after the 14-day withdrawal period.
To exercise your right of withdrawal before a deliverable has been generated, contact us at hello@becertainty.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order reference and the statement that you wish to withdraw.
We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by email and process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
Outside the statutory withdrawal period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Certainty Guarantee.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the current billing period.
